FAQ

How do I track my order?
 

Orders can be tracked by clicking on the "tracking my package" link below. You will need to have your tracking number in order to track the package. This number can be found in the email confirmation from Bundle Emporium. If there are any problems with the delivery status please contact the courier before contacting us. We are not responsible for issues with the courier.

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We ship Worldwide.  Our shipping charge is a flat rate of $15 and should arrive within 3 business days.  International shipping charge is $20.00. 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes. We ship worldwide.  Please note our  Custom Duties Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any charges/duties/taxes (customs fee vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties).

Do you offer free shipping on large orders
 

Yes.  All orders that total $350.00 or over will qualify for free shipping. Please use code : FREESHIP at checkout. 

What is your shipping policy?
 

We ship all standard orders via DHL & FEDERAL EXPRESS Shipping. All orders will be processed within 48 hours after payment is approved.  Please note we do not ship on Sundays or Federal Holidays. Any orders placed on a  Sunday or holiday will be processed the next business day. 

What is your returns policy?
 

The Bundle Emporium’s primary focus is to make sure our customers are receiving the finest quality product possible. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping to make sure we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

How do I exchange/return an item?
 

Due to the nature of the product. All sales are final. We do not issue any refunds. Exchanges will be accepted on a case by case basis. If any issues arise please contact for a resolution. 

Can I pay through PayPal with my credit card?

Yes, you can choose the PayPal option and you will be asked to fill in your credit card information to fulfill the transaction. Besides PayPal we also accept all major credit cards during check out.
